Holistic care sessions are in-depth and personalized consultations that focus

Follow-up Holistic Care – 45 minutes - $125

Follow-up visits with Dr. Anup typically held once per month after first consult. We consider how your body is evolving, provide emotional wellness counseling, and supportive routines.

Warm Oil Ayurvedic Massage – 75 minutes - $125

A warm oil massage performed with herb-infused oils is done using long, continuous strokes to soothe the nervous system, release stored tension, and support integration. Oils are chosen based on your individual needs to promote balance, relieve discomfort, and support deeper embodiment.
Oil & Herbal Body Therapies – 75 minutes - $125
In-person only - Bettendorf, IA
For acute or chronic conditions there are a variety of specialty oil and herbal bolus therapies that can be used on the body to promote a deep healing and restoration of tissue health and mobility. This service can be booked after having a free discovery call with Dr. Anup.
Problem-Body therapy or Acupuncture - 30 minutes - $50
In-person in Bettendorf, IA
Focus on specific areas of the body by applying warm, medicinal oil
or local acupuncture needles may be applied.
Choice of treatment is based on the client's preference.
