Technical Disclosure: Our Secure Digital Ecosystem

To provide a seamless and secure experience from the Quad Cities to other states, Rhythm & Light utilizes a curated suite of "Best-in-Class" healthcare technologies. Each of our partners has signed a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), legally binding them to the same federal privacy standards we uphold.

  1. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) & Scheduling

We use CharmHealth as our primary vault for your health information.

  • Security: AES 256-bit encryption (the same level used by major banks).
  • Function: This is where your protocols, lab results, and Ayurvedic assessments are securely stored and where you access your private Patient Portal.
  1. Telehealth & Video Consultations

Our virtual "exam rooms" are powered by CharmHealth

  • Security: Peer-to-peer, end-to-end encrypted video.
  • Function: Unlike standard FaceTime or Skype, these platforms are built specifically for healthcare and do not record or store your video sessions without your explicit, separate consent.
  1. Secure Communication & Messaging

For quick check-ins and coordination, we utilize CharmHealth for messaging.

  • Security: All in-app messaging is encrypted and HIPAA-compliant.
  • Function: This allows us to discuss your care safely without the risks associated with standard, unencrypted SMS texting.
  1. Laboratory & Supplement Integration

When we coordinate functional testing or herbal protocols, we use Fullscript

  • Security: These platforms utilize secure API integrations to ensure your orders are processed without exposing unnecessary personal data.
  1. Financial Transactions

Payments are processed through CharmHealth which are fully PCI-DSS compliant.
